AI referral agent for job seekersIn development

Bab (باب)

Two AI agents broker vetted job referrals for the Arab community in Israel: a seeker agent that writes CVs only from confirmed facts, and a referrer agent that protects the people who refer. Arabic, Hebrew and English, on WhatsApp and the web.

Problem

Hi-tech hires through referrals, and most Arab graduates know nobody inside. Open referral marketplaces burn out the few people willing to refer.

What shipped

Seeker agent: a fact base confirmed line by line, CVs that cite only those facts, and fit scores with honest gaps.

Referrer agent: register an employer once, set a weekly cap, judge a packet in thirty seconds; names are released only on yes.

One conversation across WhatsApp and the web in three languages, with an operator queue, an audit log and approved consent texts.
